Another dreadful disease teen love stories. "Five Feet Apart" is yet another teen drama in the backdrop of a bad disease. the disease in question is Cystic Fibrosis. I first heard about the disease in the 1970's when local television personality started talking about how to fight the disease. the only thing I got out of this movie is how the disease affects the lungs and digestive system. the movie is center on two people, both are in the hospital for the same disease. In time, they fall in love, but must be kept six feet from each other. they are played by Haley Lu Richardson and Cole Sprouse from "Riverdale." There nothing much about the movie. the film plays out like a after-school TV drama that came on in the 1970's. this movie has reminded me of the 2010 movie "Never Let Me Go," in which a group of teen are raised only to be organ donors by force. The only difference between the two movies is that the acting in the 2010 movie is superior to "Five Feet Apart." Last year I saw the movie "Midnight Sun" which the acting rises above the plot of the movie. Not so, for "Five Feet Apart."

This movie is so good. So heartwarming, so heart wrenching. At first I didn't want to stay when I realized what the movie was about but it was worth watching to the end.
