Playing like a reboot of Romancing the Stone, The Lost City is a decent way to spend two hours. I admit to not being a huge Channing Tatum fan, but he does a good job of keeping up with Sandra Bullock, even if he played second fiddle to Brad Pitt every time the latter appeared on-screen. Without Bullock to carry the proceedings, however, this movie would have fallen completely flat, so it was a good thing that she was cast instead of someone less capable.

It's worth renting or finding on one of your streaming services for free, but I wouldn't buy it for anything more than $2.99.
