I don't know much about this trasporter, which is played by Jason Statham. But I do know that his job to transporting stuff from place to place without asking questions, until he found out that the stuff in the trunk is human.

Qi Shu made an impression on me. She played the girl who was found in the trunk by the transporter. This film is action pack and it's much better an action movie than that boring stupid film "Ballastic: Ecks vs. Server."

Unless you're in the mood for a comedy that isn't supposed to be one, save your money.

The producers of this movie obviously decided to save money by not hiring a continuity director. There are so many holes in this movie, we lost count. For an hour after seeing it, we were still coming up with new flaws. For example, in one scene, the main cop in this movie is sitting in the jail cell with the 'hero'. A big show is made of his automatic bulging under his jacket (which in real life would never be allowed in the cellblock). The cop decides to let the 'hero' escape by taking him hostage. So in the very next scene you see the hero pressing the gun to his neck, but now its a revolver! And just in case you wanted to believe he found a revolver somewhere, they make a point of showing you the cop's empty holster.

Besides awful continuity, the movie is insulting. When the hero ends up with an unexpected house guest who is obviously of asian descent, he breaks out a package of ramen noodles, microwaves them, and sticks in chopstix for her. We figured he must have had an 'Asian Guest' emergency kit. Another great scene is where we see concrete penetrating ammo making swiss cheese of his home, but for some reason its incapable of going through a wooden china cabinet.

Go if you want a laugh, for action/drama, take a pass. Afterwords, I had this strong urge to go see 'Escape from LA' again. Too bad they hadn't cast Ernest Borgnine in this flick!

Qi Shu is about the only reason I would recommend this movie. She is smoking, smoking hot. Jason Statham was in excellent physical shape for the movie, which I admire because I'm an exercise fanatic. And the cars were great. That's 3 out of 10. The editing is horrible, the story is weak, the acting is terribly because of the former two elements. Pretty bad movie.

This was a very enjoyable action film with a style that will be familiar to fans of Luc Besson movies.

Sure, there are plot holes and inconsistencies, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.
