A violent horror movie who feature the confrontation between Freddy and Jason. But this film has too much buckets of gore to be considered a movie. Before the two meet, they spent time killing horny teenagers. I like Kelly Rowland, but I wish she in a better movie.

This movie continues the teen slasher movie genre that I grew up with. Don't expect plot, but do expect naked teenagers and a high body count.

Freddy has his usual bad-guy humor, but he doesn't invade as many dreams and in as unique a manner as he used to. I thought the "chemistry" between Jason and Freddy worked well, but the climactic battle went on a little too long. There was also way too much talking on the part of the teenagers, but that's a minor quibble considering the fate they met in the end.

It's not worth full price (not too many movies are lately), but catch this on a matinee or wait for it to come out on DVD.

If you're a huge fan of these two characters, you may really like this movie. All criticisms aside, the last half hour (the actual fight) is great. Its fun, and it has both bad guys acting perfectly in character.

The only problem is that the good, final half hour is preceeded by an hour of horrid, awful movie making. Bad acting, bad dialogue, bad plotting, nothing is done good at all. Sometimes bad movies can be fun in a good way, but this hour isn't, its boring.

Wait for rental and fast forward to the actual fight.

They're back! Okay, maybe I'm just a die-hard fan of these two but seeing them on the big screen was a thrill enough for me. The previews alone got my heart pumping and when I walked into the theater a thousand mouth-watering senarios rushed through me.

If you're like me and a big 80's horror fan this is THE (horror) MOVIE of THE YEAR! (Hey, I'm still waiting for the Dr. Destruction motion picture!)
