Very well done and entertaining. Lots of funny moments for the whole family.

A good movie, great humor even has some worthwhile ideals in the plot. Enjoyed it very much. Best movie out right now. 5-27-03

A usually unfunny movie featuring Jim Carey as a second rate interviewer who has had it with everything that went wrong in his life and he blames in on God. Before he knew it, he was in front of God, played by Morgan Freeman, who gave him a chance to be god for a day. That could\'ve been a very funny movie, instead the writers went with the usual vuger humor that associated with Carey\'s comic antics. Jennifer Aniston didn\'t given anything to do except throw on some breast. The dog only job is to pee on camera. Another lousy film which featured a stupid pet trick. The only bright moment in the film came from Freeman as God. But my favorite performer who played God still remains Alanis Morisette from the film \"Dogma.\"

Enjoyable fun if you're into Jim Carrey or Adam Sandler style of comedy.

Jim Carrey plays a TV reporter who is always doing fluff pieces and is looking to take over a anchor position. However things just don't go his way. He gets upset and blames God for his troubles. God (played by Morgan Freeman) decides he needs a break and grants his powers to Bruce (Carrey).

The fun is in watching Bruce test his new powers and then put them to use.

Enjoy!

Bruce Almighty has a predictable plotline, but a few hardy laughs. It's worth seeing the movie just to see Morgan Freeman in the role of God. This is my favorite comedy out right now.

This was a well-done movie. Jim Carey did a great job, although there were a few avenues they could have explored with his powers that would have added a lot.

If you've seen the trailer, you've seen the movie. If you haven't seen the trailer, don't see the movie, find the trailer. Not a bad film, but nothing new and nothing special.

Entertaining, but Jim just can't seem to top dumb and dumber, he's not good as a serious actor, and is loosing his comic sense. This movie is good when there is nothing else to watch. Not a total flop. It does have some witty moments, but they are far and few between.

A typical Carry movie in that he overplays his character. But the film makes some interesting points and gives hope.

This was about what I expected from it. Mostly a vehicle for Jim Carrey, there are some good scenes as Bruce plays God. Parting the tomato soup was probably the best. Morgan Freeman does a good job at playing his part (and not overplaying it).

If you don't like Jim Carrey's form of humor, you're not going to like this movie. If you do, it's a good way to spend an hour and a half.
