There was nothing exceptional about this movie, but I enjoyed it. I would recommend it if you enjoy comic book movies.

I want to get one thing clear first. I did enjoy the movie. Seeing any movie on the "Big Screen" will enhance the experience. I had high expectations for Fantastic Four. Batman, Spider Man and X-Men set the standard high. There were two major problems in this movie for me. First-The story. I didn't grab me. You felt no connecton to the characters. They spent more time trying to figure out thier powers and if they should use them than anything else. Not much action. Second-The acting was flat. It seemed to me that the principal actors were uncomfortable in thier rolls. The one execption was Chris Evans AKA The Human Torch. He seemed to totally enjoy his roll and it showed in his performance.

The Fantastic Four is not worth a $9-$10 ticket price but may worth checking out at matinee prices. Otherwise...Wait for the rental.

I came to the screening of the "Fantastic Four" and I came away a little disapointment. Sure, the movie is loyal to the comic book, but too many embrassing scenes and silly special effects had killed any recommendition of the film. Even Dr. Doom is a disapointment. I see him as more of a businessman than a villian. I'm sorry to say that I came close, but the answer is no.

My 11 year old son liked the movie, I thought it was OK. Pretty basic super hero movie.

Good film, but the special effects and cheesy lines were overdone. Kids will like it more than adults.

We liked the action and special effects. Nice way to be entertained for a couple of hours.

Formulaic and not that well written. Could have been much better, Could have been a bit worse.

It was your typical comic book movie, they get their powers and try to figure out what they need to do with them. Then at the end their arch nemisis is defeated and they all go out and have a good time. But in the end it was pretty funny at times.
