"The Brothers Bloom" is proof that small films don't take a summer break when the blockbusters dominate the cineplexes. Despite being a small film, the film got a big heart and a smart cast. Adam Brody and Mark Ruffalo played brothers who like to con people. they're been doing it since they were kids. When they became adults, they went into the com game big time. They were taken to Europe, later Mexico with help from two assistant played by Rinko kikuchi and Rachael Weisz. Critics are going to compare "the bloom Brothers" to other con movies as "Paper Moon" and "The Sting." I disagree. I like to see this movie stand on it's own. the film biggest surprise is the performance of Rachel Weisz who stole the movie. She dominate the movie. She's the real reason why I saying yes to "The Brothers Bloom."
