This movie could have been bigger, but in the end it just didn't feel like a "city". More like a town. Still, it's worth a rental at least. It's somewhere between good and WFR I'd say. Aug 25, 2009
"City of Ember" is a good movie, if not a great movie about the people of an underground city rediscovery the surface world. They been trapped in that world for the past 200 years and that suitcase will reavel what the people of Ember don't know. A couple of children came upon a suitcase and ended up on the run from the mayor played by Bill Murray. The best thing about movie, aside from the city is Sasirse Ronan who is the best thing in the movie. Like I said before, Ember is a good movie, but could be better.
