The only flaw that I saw in "The Book of Eli" is the movie was released about the same time as "The Road" is still going though theatres. I still haven't saw the movie. I only wish that the movie could get here. Like "The Road, " it took place in the post-apocalyptic future. The only difference between the two movies are the characters. Denzel Washington stars as a man who been on the road for thirty years. He claim that his name is Eli, but he doesn't give out his real name. He reminds me of Clint Eastwood's no-name character in "The good, the Bad and the Ugly." He comes upon a town run by a man (Gary Oldman) who wanted what he is carrying. the Book that he is carring is very important in order to restore order. But enough about the book, he pick up a female companion played by Mila Kunis, who you remember she's the real star of "Extract." The town that Washington came up, looks like a town in any western, except for the motorcycles and the cars. I won't reveal the ending, but this is one movie you got to see. the Cinematography by Don Burgass, is colorful, but the colors is din down to make the future more bleak. Denzel Washington gives a excellent performance. But that's not the real story of the movie. I like the performance of Mila Kunis who's gave a great performance. I hope a great future for Kunis. She be more of a movie star and less of the voice of Meg Griffin of "Family Guy."

I liked this movie quite a bit. Denzel Washington is perfect in this role, and he's supported quite well by Mila Kunis and Gary Oldman.

This one is worth watching, and once you've seen it, you'll probably want to see it again to catch some things that you missed the first time around.
