In his followup to "Borat" in 2006, Sacha Baron Cohon has made another mockumentary comedy. This time the forcus is on Bruno, a gay Austrian Fashion Reporter who want to be on the A list of celebrities. He goes top America to try to become famous. Being kidnapped, adapted a baby, being a born again christian. Even invading a swingers party. this movie is very funny but, like "Borat" this movie attempts to push the NC-17 rating. I like this movie, because the film has done to me that the last 10 couldn't, mand that is made me laugh.

Considering my love for Borat, I decided it would be a good idea to see Bruno. Unfortunately, this film did not deliver-.Instead of offensive remarks relating to foolish Americans, we have Bruno- an hour and a half of a stereotyped gay man who flashes his penis and seldom makes a point out of it. There is no profound conclusion about ignorant America, apart from a few scenes. Instead, Bruno tries so hard to be offensive that it is just that- offensive. The skits are so over the top that the reactions from people seemed staged. While there were some hilarious skits- Bruno acting as though he adopted an african baby and some very serious- parents who were willing to put their children in harm for fame, I thought Cohen could have showed just how ignorant people are about the gay community, instead he exploits it with stereotypes.
