Michelle Pfeiffer makes most of her sexuality in "Cheri," a drama that take place in turn-of-the-century France where she seduces a younger man. the film is based on two french novels. "Cheri" isn't as good as last fall's "The Duchness," but Pfeiffer's sexual performance helps the movie. I love her sexual performance. Even at middle age, she still got it. Earlier this year, I saw her in a similiar performance in "I Could Never Be Your Woman," as a middle age woman seducing another young man. Two years ago, I saw her in "Stardust" trying to turn us on with her charm, but Claire Danes stole the movie from her. Now Pfeiffer is in two movies with two different time periods seducing two different younger men. I hope she can turn on her sexual charm ten years from now. Her charm pays off in "Cheri."
