Almost made this "Good" but after all the hype i was dispointed. Not bad, just not really a comedy and not quite a Cop movie iether. It was like they tried to make the cop movie and decided to go for the comedy.

Sorry Bruce Willis but not quite.

"Cop Out" is yet another lame buddy cop movie. It wanted to be another "Lethal Weapon," but it all it fired was blanks. The real problem with this movie is very easily to detect. the real problem is with Tracy Morgan. he's playing a role that could've gone to a better actor like Chris Rock. There's no credibility to his character. Bruce willis plays cop roles like there's no tommorow. Another problem is the screenplay which is full of profanity. The movie is loaded with four-letter words. The two cops are after a street gang who stole Willis' favorite baseball card, then becoming a even larger problem. the movie was directed by Kevin Smith, who see Willis and Morgan as Jay and Silent Bob with badges. Anyone who compare "Cop Out" with "Lethal Weapon, " never saw "Lethal Weapon."

It was a good movie. slow in spots, but over all it was funny. I am sure bruce willis had a hard time playing this role comparide to his other cop roles. but not the less. it was a good move. Give the driecter some credit it wasnt a total flop
