"Lotter Ticket" is lame weak movie which it's only intent is to promote the soundtrack, which included plenty of rap music. Kevin (played by Bow Wow. I don't know his real name) as a young man living nin nthe projects with his mother. After being fired from a "Foot Locker," he came upon a winning lottery ticket worth 370 Million Dollars. When word got out, the neighborhood went wild. I didn't care about the movie. The characters are second-rate and the women are treated like jailbait. The projects are no different than the projects I saw in "The Blind Side." My advice is to skip the movie and buy the soundtrack. If you're into rap, which I'm not.
