It's a good thing that Colin Firth got an Oscar nomination for "A Single Man," otherwise that film would have played out in arthouse theatres and ended up in back of a video store. he gave a great performance as a grief-stricken professor who is thinking about sucide after the death of his boyfriend. But first he must do some final business.I like the pace of this movie and I also love the performance of Julianne Morre in a brife appreance in the movie. The movie was directed by Tom Ford.
