I first saw Emma Stone a year and a half ago inb the film "The Rocker." I was drawn to both her character and her performance. I noted, I hope to see her again. Two years later, I got my c hance. Stone stars in "Easy A" as a loney teenagersa who began rumors about having sex and that rumor runs out of control. Alky Michalka plays her best friend. Michalka also appears in the CW series "Hellcats," which I also watch on Wednesdays. Stone's character also compares her with the character Hester Prynne in the novel "The Scarlet Letter." What a great comparison. People who watch this movie, will get the courage to read that novel. Also appearing in the movie is Amanda Bynes as the leader of a bible group, who gets on Sone for her wicked ways. A few months ago, I heard that Amnanda Bynes had retire from Show biz. Now I heard she is unretired. I'm glade that she's back. Bynes a wonderful actress. I don't want her to retire again. As for Emma Stone, she's the best thing that ever happen to this movie and to me. I'm Emma Stone's fan for life.

The only part of this film that makes me not say "See Now" is the format. It's got the feel of a Grade B movie, low budget. Regardless of age, the film should have a broad appeal. The main character is not perfect, but she does have some very good values...as do her parents. The high school cliques are always there with their superficial values. The main character takes them on.
