It's futuristic, it's violent, and it's a must-see.

An very good thriller from 1987, which looks at law enforcement in the future. Peter Weller plays a coup whe was nearly killed by thugs. He was reborn into a half-human half-robot. This is a fun movie to watch as Robcop takes on bad guys and one mear robot. The summer that "Robocop" was released. Another superhero movie "Superman IV: The Quest for Peace" was released. It didn't last long in movie theasters. Fans instead flocked to Robocop instead, makinbg it one of the summer movies that made money.
