Heavy- Unlike the character development in movies such "Marty" or Forrest Gump, I found the sometimes svivilling, weak, bland, and seemingly lombotomized Vince ineffectual in the Author's attempt to present a sensitive, realistic portrayel of people in an inescapable, lonely, existence. His obvious contribution to humanity and the fullfillment of his personality as his skill in tossing pizza dough. His devotion to his Mother, while sincere, was at best, only dutiful and showed little emotional attachment I found the other characters shallow; self-centered, and empty. I enjoyed the Music, but the mood and the pace of the movie (particularly because of theMain character, Vince ) was slow. Looking for more opinions?Check out our Featured Movie Reviews for Alaska. |
