Industry news site Deadline is reporting that Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas is for sale.

The company currently operates locations in more than two dozen markets around the country. The article mentions that while many of the top-performing locations are owned by the company, approximately 17 are franchised. The company filed for bankruptcy in March 2021 and emerged under new ownership.
