Flix Brewhouse announced a second location in Albuquerque, New Mexico back in September 2023, but that theater didn't meet its expected first-half-of-2024 timeline. It now appears to be opening soon, but no firm deadline is available at this time.

Located about nine miles east of downtown Albuquerque on the northwest corner of Tramway Blvd NE and Indian School Road NE, the theater will be known as the Flix Brewhouse - Albuquerque Tramway. It will be in the former location of the Regal UA High Ridge, which closed January 5, 2023. It was originally an eight-screen location, but the information that we're seeing now identifies just seven screens. We imagine that one of the screens has been converted into space for the location's food and drink offerings.

To see what's playing and when, keep an eye on the Showtimes page for the Flix Brewhouse - Albuquerque Tramway. Until it opens, however, moviegoers in the area will need to visit one of the other nearby theaters, including the ICON Cinema - 4 Hills and the Regal Winrock IMAX & RPX in Albuquerque. If you want to experience what the new theater might be like, you can visit the Flix Brewhouse - Albuquerque on the west side of town.
