The Stardust Drive In in Chetek, Wisconsin is for sale.

Located near Highway 53 in northwest Wisconsin (about 50 miles north of Eau Claire), the two-screen movie theater opened in 2001.

According to an article published recently by WQOW (see below), owner Nick Meyer intends to keep running the theater until he finds a buyer that shares his vision of keeping a drive-in operating in the area. That's a good thing, because there aren't any other drive-in movie theaters within driving distance.

The 20-acre property includes two movie screens, a playground, as well as a private home. The current asking price is $749,000.
