Opening Soon Sign

Moviegoers in Falls Church, Virginia will have another option for watching movies on the big screen when the Paragon Founders Row + Axis15 Extreme - Falls Church opens in 2025!

The new movie theater will be located in the Founders Row shopping center and residential development along Leesburg Pike / W. Broad Street in Falls Church, which is approximately 10 miles west of Washington, D.C. The theater will be operated by Paragon Theaters, which operates locations in Florida and North Carolina.

According to the company's website, the new theater will have seven screens with more than 600 seats. A large-format premium screen called "Axis15 Extreme" will feature a screen measuring approximately 65 feet wide which is illuminated by a 4K laser-powered projection system and backed by a Dolby Atmos immersive sound system. It appears that all seven auditoriums will have "Lux Box" dine-in seating, which is described as a "private enclave of heated, zero-degree gravity recliners" where you can have food and drinks delivered to your seat.

An exact opening date isn't mentioned, but Paragon Theaters says that construction has begun and that it will open some time in 2025.

Until it opens, moviegoers in the area will need to visit one of the other nearby theaters, including the AMC Tysons Corner 16 in McLean and the Angelika at Mosaic in Fairfax.
