The North Shore Towers Cinemas in Floral Park, New York is reopening soon.
Located in the North Shore Towers and Country Club along Grand Central Parkway, the movie theater closed last May, saying that the management of the North Shore Towers was "going in a different direction." The movie theater was part of the amenities of the complex which also offers stores, dining facilities, and more. Apparently, those plans have changed!
A brief message was posted to the theater's Facebook page, saying that movies will be shown again starting Friday, January 17, 2025.
Until now, moviegoers in the area needed to visit one of the other nearby theaters, including the Manhasset Cinemas in Manhasset and the AMC Bay Terrace 6 in Bayside.
