The Regal Beaver Creek in Apex, North Carolina has closed.

Located in the Beaver Creek Crossings shopping center southeast of the interchange of Western Wake Freeway and Highway 64, the movie theater's last day of operation was August 1, 2024.

The theater originally opened May 5, 2006 as the Consolidated Theatres - Beaver Creek Cinema 12. Consolidated Theatres was acquired by Regal Entertainment Group in 2008 and it became the known as the Regal Beaver Creek Stadium 12. Regal was acquired by Cineworld in 2017. That company filed for bankruptcy in 2022 and has been closing many locations since. It announced in January 2023 that the Beaver Creek location would be closing as part of a group of 39 closures around the country.

Where to Watch Movies on the Big Screen

Moviegoers in the area will need to visit one of the other nearby theaters, including the B & B Park West 14 and the AMC Park Place 16 in Morrisville, and the AMC Dine-In Holly Springs 9 in Holly Springs. If you have Regal gift cards to use, the closest location is the Regal Crossroads - Cary, which is about eight miles away.
