The Studio Movie Grill - Bakersfield in Bakersfield, California is now open to the public. The new movie theater opened on April 12, 2018, and is celebrating its Grand Opening on April 19.

The location on Calloway Drive and Rosedale Highway is Studio Movie Grill's sixth in California. The company has a total of 30 locations in nine states around the country. It features ten auditoriums that offer dine-in service to your seat, which is a luxury powered recliner that has become so common in theater renovations in recent times. To make sure that you get your favorite seat, you can reserve it ahead of time by choosing a showing on the Showtimes page.

Grand Opening Celebration and Promotions

A grand opening celebration is being held at the theater on April 19, 2018. On-site events include music, games, giveaways, and prizes that include gift cards, movie tickets, and promotional material.

From April 12-25, 2018, moviegoers can enjoy the Studio Movie Grill experience for just $5 when you sign up for their newsletter on their web site. You will receive an E-Mail with a promo code that you can use to purchase your tickets. They're further encouraging people to sign up for their newsletter by offering free movies for a year to one newsletter subscriber each day in May.
