In Batman Begins, Christian Bale checks out a cool ride called the Tumbler; part dune buggy, part tank. But what does a guy do when going to a black tie affair, and the valet parking just doesn't have room for a 9.5' wide vehicle equipped with machine guns and jet burners?

When he's not working, Batman's other car is a Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Coupe. Click here to view a larger version of this photo in the Dark Knight Photo Gallery. (PRNewsFoto/Lamborghini)

In the next Batman movie, The Dark Knight, the answer is a black Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Coupe. Sporting a 640 horsepower 12-cylinder engine, the supercar is capable of reaching speeds exceeding 200 mph. Just the thing when you've been delayed by a nefarious penguin, a woman in a catsuit, or anyone else whose deck of cards is all jokers.

According to a Lamborghini press release,

"The Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 is the natural choice for Bruce Wayne's other car," stated Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini. "Lamborghini is proud to be associated with one of the greatest movie franchises in history, especially co-starring with the night-bound Batmobile."

The Dark Knight will open in theaters on July 18th. For more information about the movie, including the latest trailers and videos, photos, cast listings, and more, please see the Information Page for the movie.
