"Beauty and the Beast" to be Released on Home Video June 6, 2017

Blu-ray Cover ArtworkDisney's live-action Beauty and the Beast is headed to home video on June 6, 2017, according to a recent press release by the company. It will be available on Blu-ray, DVD, and streaming/download.

Emma Watson stars as Belle and Dan Stevens is The Beast, with Luke Evans (Gaston), Kevin Kline (Maurice), Josh Gad (LeFou), Ewan McGregor (Lumière), Stanley Tucci (Maestro Cadenza), Audra McDonald (Madame de Garderobe), Gugu Mbatha-Raw (Plumette), Hattie Morahan (the enchantress), Nathan Mack (Chip), Ian McKellen (Cogsworth), and Emma Thompson (Mrs. Potts).

The movie opened March 17, 2017 at #1 and continues to place in the Top 10 Box Office Report each week. It's at the #6 spot this past weekend, and is just shy of $500 million in ticket sales.

The Blu-ray contains three ways to watch the movie:

  1. Original Theatrical Version
  2. Premiere Cut with Overture
  3. Musical Experience with a Sing-along Version
