The Cincinnati, Ohio suburb of Blue Ash, Ohio hasn't had a movie theater to call its own since the former Envision Cinemas Blue Ash closed in March 2020 when theaters around the country were closed due to the pandemic. Although other theaters emerged afterward, the Envision Cinemas never reopened and it was put up for auction in 2022.

Recent news reports (see list below) mention that the movie theater will be reopening soon as the ACX Cinema 7+. While some news reports said that an exact opening date was not announced, we did find a reference to a May 24, 2024 debut. A Backlot Pizza + Kitchen will open there a month or two later.

This will be the seventh location for Main Street Theatres, Inc. which is also known as ACX Cinemas.

Until it opens, moviegoers in the area will need to visit one of the other nearby theaters, including the Regal Deerfield Towne Center Stadium 16 in Mason and the AMC West Chester 18 in West Chester.
