A new movie theater is coming to Blue Ash, Ohio. According to a recent article in the Cincinnati Enquirer, the Envision Cinemas Bar & Grille will open in June 2015:

A new 37,000-square-foot movie theater and restaurant is in the works in Blue Ash. Envision Cinemas will be at 4780 Cornell Road, the former location of Bally's Total Fitness.

The seven-auditorium theater, showing first-run movies and special events, will have a total of 500 seats. Robbie Sosna, president of Envision Cinemas, says it will offer the "ultimate movie-going experience," with plush, fully motorized recliners (think La-Z-Boys). They'll feature either call buttons or a digital ordering system so guests can order food and drinks before and during the movie. Video and sound equipment will be state of the art.

Tickets will go for $13, about $2 more than the local average, Sosna said.

In the restaurant, there will be more than 350 seats in the dining room, bar, private party room and patio, which is adjacent to an existing pond and will have about 80 of the seats.

Food will be upscale American fare, with more than 60 items – appetizers, sushi, salads, wraps, burgers, entrees and desserts. Among them will be made-to-order pizzas and flatbreads that cook in a pizza oven in less than three minutes.

The closest movie theaters to the new theater's location are the Regal Deerfield Towne Center Stadium 16 in Mason, the AMC West Chester 18 in West Chester, and the Kenwood Theatre in Cincinnati.
