The AMC Dine-in Theatres West Olive 16 in Creve Coeur, Missouri closed permanently in November 2020. but moviegoers in the area will be happy to find out that B & B Theatres will be renovating the theater starting in late 2022.

A large 16-screen cinema located off Olive Boulevard in Creve Coeur, Missouri, the contract on this location has been announced only recently.  This theater will mark the company’s fourth cinema facility in the Greater St. Louis area, with existing locations in Wentzville, Wildwood, and Festus, and B&B is hoping to begin remodeling efforts in the late-Fall of 2022.

The details are scarce, so we're not sure if they are going to reopen the theater and then do renovations in late-fall 2022, or if they're going to wait to do renovations before opening. We'll follow up if we find out more information.

When it opens, we believe its name will be B & B Creve Coeur West Olive 16, but we can always adjust if/when the name changes.

The company currently operates 53 movie theaters (including this one) in eleven states.

Until then, moviegoers in the area will need to visit one of the other nearby theaters, including the AMC Creve Coeur 12 in Creve Coeur and the Landmark Plaza Frontenac and Marcus Des Peres Cinema in St. Louis.
