The release date for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them 3, has been delayed to "summer 2022." Also announced today is that Johnny Depp is not going to star in this or future installments as the villain Grindelwald.
The movie is the next installment of what is supposed to be a five-movie franchise. The previous installment, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, opened in theaters in November 2018.
