The AMC Classic Farmington 4 in Farmington, Missouri has closed.
Located at the intersection of Highway 32 (Karsch Boulevard) and Highway 67, the movie theater closed at the end of January 2026.
Theater History
According to our records, it originally opened September 9, 1994 as the Kerasotes Theatres Maple Valley 4 (Kerasotes Theatres). It was later known as the Kerasotes Showplace 4 - Farmington (Kerasotes ShowPlace Theatres, LLC.). AMC acquired most of the theaters operated by Kerasotes ShowPlace Theatres, LLC. in 2010, and it was renamed to the AMC Showplace Farmington 4. By April 2019, it was known as the AMC Classic Farmington 4.
Where to Watch Movies on the Big Screen
Moviegoers in the area will need to visit one of the other nearby theaters, including the Starlite Drive-In Theater in Cadet, the Melba Theater in De Soto, and the B & B Festus 8 Cinema in Festus. If you have AMC gift cards to use, the nearest location is the AMC Esquire 7 in St. Louis, which is more than 70 miles to the north.
