The North Shore Towers Cinemas in Floral Park, New York has closed.

Located in the North Shore Towers and Country Club along Grand Central Parkway, the movie theater was part of the amenities of the complex which also offers stores, dining facilities, and more. The theater posted the following message to its Facebook page on May 1, 2024:

We want to publicly thank all of our Patrons that have supported our cinema throughout the years!

The Board of Directors and Management of the North Shore Towers have decided to take the Theatre in another direction. We wish them the best!

We will miss many of the friendly faces and our regulars at the cinema and of course our employees. You will all be forever in our hearts!

Hugs and goodness,
Henry & Anne & the Crew here at the cinema.

Moviegoers in the area will need to visit one of the other nearby theaters, including the Manhasset Cinemas in Manhasset, the AMC Bay Terrace 6 in Bayside, and the AMC Fresh Meadows 7 in Fresh Meadows.

The North Shore Towers Cinema Has RE-OPENED!!!!

We've Been Back For Almost 2 Months!!!!

It's now being operated by the Cinema Arts Centre of Huntington.

We're working on getting a new phone number so people can call for showtimes again too.

We Hope To See You Back With Us At The Movies!!!
