Movies haven't shown at the Bayshore Town Center in Glendale, Wisconsin since the iPic Theatres at Bayshore Town Center closed in March 2018. Compounding the issue for people in the area is that the Fox Bay Cinema Grill announced in 2021 that is was closed permanently after not showing movies since September 2020.
The good news is that the ACX Cinemas at Bayshore should be opening later this year, possibly as soon as this summer. Nebraska-based Main Street Theatres, Inc. (aka ACX Cinemas) is planning to reopen the location with six movie theaters, and the bowling will also be back. The company's website doesn't provide any additional details beyond a "coming soon" note attached to the location's name.
Until it opens, you'll need to visit the Landmark Downer Theatre and Oriental Theatre near downtown Milwaukee, or up to the Marcus North Shore Cinemas in Mequon to see this summer's movies on the big screen!
