A new luxury entertainment center has opened in the Conestoga Marketplace development in Grand Island, Nebraska. 

Located on the site of the former Conestoga Mall on Hwy 281 & W. 13th Street, Conestoga Marketplace already has retail stores in addition to the movie theater/entertainment center, and the plans include a hotel and luxury apartments. When we announced last year that this theater was coming, we weren't sure what its name would be, but we did know that it was going to offer more than just movies.

The B & B Grand Island 7 opened May 1, 2025 and offers seven auditoriums for watching movies, as well as a full bar, restaurant, bowling, and an arcade! Pickleball courts are coming and parties and special events can be held in their party/event rooms.

The theater's website mentions that heated electric recliners provide comfort while watching movies projected with laser-powered projection systems and digital audio systems. Auditoriums can be rented, so you can hold your own personal movie night with dozens of your friends, employees, or customers.

The entertainment center is operated by Missouri-based B & B Theatres, which has locations across Missouri and fifteen other states. It takes the place of the former AMC Classic Grand Island 7, which was at the mall until it closed in 2023 and was later demolished.

Until now, moviegoers in the area needed to visit one of the other nearby theaters, including the Grand Theatre in Grand Island and the 12th Street Cinema in Aurora.
