The AMC Classic Greensboro 18 in Greensboro, North Carolina closed January 8, 2023.

Located south of I-40 on Kroger Boulevard, about seven miles southwest of downtown Greensboro, the 18-screen movie theater was previously known as the Carmike 18 - Greensboro. It became an AMC location when AMC purchased Carmike Cinemas in 2017.

Moviegoers in the area will need to visit one of the other nearby theaters, including the RED Cinemas, the AmStar Cinemas 18 - Four Seasons Station Theatre, and the Regal Greensboro Grande Stadium 16. Those with AMC gift cards to use will need to head to the AMC High Point 8, which is about nine miles away.
