The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Helena Bonham Carter has joined the cast of "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" as Bellatrix Lestrange. Her character is Sirius Black's cousin and a Death Eater (a follower of the evil Voldemort).
