The Highland Theater in Highland Park, California has closed.

Located on Figueroa Street and S Ave 56, the historic movie theater's last day appears to have been Thursday, February 29, 2024. A recent news report (see below) mentions that the theater was dark and the lobby was "cleared out" on Thursday night.

Where to Watch Movies on the Big Screen

Moviegoers in the area will need to visit one of the other nearby theaters, including the Vidiots in Los Angeles, as well as the IPIC Pasadena and the Regal Paseo in Pasadena.
