The Film Alley Longview in Longview, Texas is now open to the public!

Located north of downtown Longview along North Eastman Road and East Hawkins Parkway, the movie theater was formerly known as the Regal Longview, which closed since June 2023. It is operated by Schulman Theatres, which operates movie theaters under the brands of Film Alley and City Lights across Texas.

The new movie theater welcomes guests with ten screens, including a premium screen the company calls the "ST-Immersive" experience. According to the company's website, ST-Immersive provides a larger screen illuminated by 4K projection equipment, and DTS:X immersive sound. The ST-Immersive showings do have a $2 upcharge to the ticket prices at the theater.

The Film Alley Longview offers more amenities for its guests. Along with the enhanced food and drink offerings that are becoming quite popular at new movie theaters, this location also offers duckpin bowling and an arcade. Private parties and other events can be held there as well.

Until now, moviegoers in the area will need to visit one of the other nearby theaters, including the AMC Longview 10 in Longview and the 4 Star Cinema in Kilgore.
