Michigan-based Moore Theatres, which operates movie theaters in Battle Creek, Coloma, Niles, Plainwell, and South Haven, Michigan announced that all locations will be closed until at least March 30, 2020.

As a business we will be working in the coming days/weeks to ensure our employees and their families have what they need to deal with this sudden break in employment. We ask that you please take this time to educate yourself in the ways to keep your families healthy by visiting michigan.gov , cdc.gov and npr.org and your local news source. We again thank you for your patience and willingness to work with us. Unprecedented times call for unprecedented actions.

Many theaters are restricting seating, performing extra cleaning, and taking other precautions in order to keep moviegoers safe, including closing down temporarily. The situation is very fluid, and changes and updates continue to happen in real time. (For more on this, please see Curious How Theaters are Handling Coronavirus Concerns?)
You can find what movie theaters are still open and playing movies by going to the Movies section and finding the movie you are interested in. However, since theaters are moving at a rapid pace, please confirm that the theater you want to attend is expecting to be open for the show in question by visiting their official web sites, Facebook pages, and Twitter feeds for official notifications.
If you're not able to attend a theater to see a movie, there are plenty of great movies to watch at home! Please see our Movie Downloads and Streaming Options page in the Gift Shop for some possibilities!
