The GTI Theatres - North Branch Cinema in North Branch, Minnesota has closed.

Located southwest of I-35 and St. Croix Trail (Highway 95), the seven-screen movie theater's last day of operation was Sunday, September 8, 2024. The closure was announced on the theater's Facebook page on September 4:

With heavy hearts, we are sorry to say that at this time we will be closing our North Branch theater indefinitely. We want to take this time to thank everyone for their business over the last 13 years and a special thank you to our loyal customers that we saw each and every week. We are sad that North Branch will no longer have a theater, but we do hope that you all will visit us at our Cambridge location (open daily).

Our last day open in North Branch will be Sunday, September 8th.

The theater was operated by GTI Theatres, which continues to operate the GTI Theatres - Cambridge, which is about thirteen miles to the northwest.
