Reading International is buying fifteen Pacific Theatres locations, according to an article in the Los Angeles Business Journal:

Reading International Inc. is buying 15 cinemas from Pacific Theatres Exhibition Corp. for $72 million.

The cinemas contain 181 screens with annual revenue of approximately $81 million.

An article published on October 10, 2007 in the Star Bulletin in Honolulu mentions that there are nine locations in Hawaii, on Oahu and Maui, and six others in Rohnert Park, Bakersfield, and San Diego, California.

The Press Democrat published an article in February 2008 when the deal was nearly finalized, and mentioned that the deal involved locations in San Diego, Rohnert Park, Bakersfield (California) and in Hawaii.
