The two big new releases for this weekend actually opened on Wednesday. The studio that brought you the Minions is giving The Super Mario Bros. Movie another try after a sub-optimal attempt at the video game franchise back in 1993. The movie is playing in lots of screens in regular, IMAX, and 3D iterations, so you shouldn't have any problem seeing it in your preferred format. The other wide release is the Michael Jordan shoe story, simply titled Air. Matt Damon and Viola Davis join director Ben Affleck in this backstory of how America's closets are filled with athlete-branded shoes. You can find clips from the movie, cast interviews, trailers, and more.
