Release Date Changes for 'Tenet' and 'Wonder Woman 1984' and Others

Posted on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 6:29 PM

The release dates for Tenet, Wonder Woman 1984, and other movies have been shuffled as studios attempt to maximize audience turnouts in conjunction with movie theaters that will reopen after being closed since March due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Christopher Nolan's Tenet is widely viewed as the first major release, even though Russell Crowe's Unhinged will beat it to theaters. As usually happens, when one major release moves, others move to take its old spot and/or get out of its way, causing a chain reaction of similar reactions.

Below, you'll find a rundown of the latest movies to be moved around. You can select the movie title for more information on each.
