The B & B Sebring Fairmount Square Cinema 6 in Sebring, Florida has closed.

Located along US Hwy 27 N about 65 miles southeast of Tampa in central Florida, the theater has been operated by B & B Theatres since it acquired the operation in 2012. According to our records, it was known as the N & S Fairmount Cinema 6 from 2002-2012. Before then, it was operated by Carmike Cinemas.

It appears that the last day of operation was Sunday, February 26, 2023. The B & B Theatres website today displays the following message:

Closing end of day Feb 26

It is with a heavy heart that we announce our permanent closure on Sunday, February 26th at the end of the day. It has been our privilege to bring the Magic of the Movies to Sebring.

Moviegoers in the area will need to visit one of the other nearby theaters, including the AMC Lakeshore 8 in Sebring. If you have a B & B gift card to use, the company still operates two other Florida locations (the B & B Naples Towne Centre 6 in Naples and the B & B Wesley Chapel The Grove 16 in Wesley Chapel), but they are both more than 100 miles away. B & B Theatres operates locations in fourteen states across the country.
