The Marcus Sheboygan Cinema in Sheboygan, Wisconsin originally opened as the Marc 1 & Marc 2 Cinemas on August 16, 1972. Located between Milwaukee and Green Bay, Sheboygan once hosted multiple movie theaters, including a drive-in. Now, aside from the occasional movies shown at the Weill Center for the Performing Arts (formerly known as the Plaza 8), this is the only place to watch a movie on the big screen within 20 miles. Its closest competition is the AMC Classic Manitowoc 10

The theater has been expanded (from 2 screens to 13) and upgraded over the years, and its exterior is very familiar to anyone who has visited a Marcus location.
