The actual transaction happened at the end of May, but Showplex Cinemas, Inc. formally announced last week that they acquired ten movie theaters located in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Nebraska from Dickinson Theatres.

The following movie theaters are now under the ownership of Showplex Cinemas, Inc.

• Mall 8 Hays - Hays, KS
• Mall 8 Pittsburg - Pittsburg, KS
• Central Mall 10 - Salina, KS
• Springfield 8 - Springfield, MO
• Island Twin Cinema - Grand Island, NE
• Mall Stadium 7 - Grand Island, NE
• Oakwood Mall 8 - Enid, OK
• Central Mall 12 - Lawton, OK
• Owasso 10 - Owasso, OK
