The Simi Valley 10 Cinemas in Simi Valley, California has closed. The last date we received showtimes updates was December 5, 2019, which is same date that the Simi Valley Acorn says the theater showed movies:

The Simi Valley 10 Cinemas, better known as the three-dollar theater by some residents, closed its doors for good on Dec. 5 due to leasing disagreements with the property’s landlord.

Days before the planned closure, a petition was started Nov. 29 to urge the owners of the Simi Valley Plaza shopping center and Tristone Cinemas, the parent company of the theater, to work out a deal. Some also contacted the city to see if something could be done to keep the venue open.

Moviegoers in the area will need to visit one of the other nearby theaters, including the Studio Movie Grill - Simi Valley and Regal Simi Valley Civic Center Stadium 16 & IMAX in Simi Valley, and the Theater on High Street in Moorpark.
