The FOX television network will be airing a series of three previews for the upcoming installment of the highly popular X-Men series, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, beginning on Sunday, February 15th, 2009. The movie is the first chapter in the series, explaining the origin of the title character and perhaps some of the others in the storyline as well.

The movie is being distributed by Twentieth Century Fox, so it's only fitting that the company use its own TV network to advertise it. The spots will air as follows:

• Sunday, Feb. 15 during “Family Guy” (9:00-9:30 PM ET/PT)
• Monday, Feb. 16 during “House” (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT)
• Tuesday, Feb. 17 during “American Idol” (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT)

After the Tuesday airing, the spots will be available on the Internet. We will add links to them as soon as they are available.
