The Webster Theater in Webster City, Iowa is closed after damage from a fire in the building next door.

According to an article published recently by KCCI (see below), there is little damage from the fire, but the water and smoke damage is extensive.

Until the theater reopens, moviegoers in the area will need to visit one of the other nearby theaters, including the CEC Theatres - Fort 8 Theatre in Fort Dodge and the Clarion Movie Theatre in Clarion.
