The movie theater at the Westbrook Outlets shopping center in Westbrook, Connecticut has reopened after four months of being dark.

The movie theater was known as the Marquee Cinemas - Westbrook 12 when it closed in September 2022, and it is now the Westbrook Cinemas. According to an article published recently by CT Insider, the new theater is being operated by Harold Blank and Bill Dougherty, who also own the Madison Cinemas in Madison, the Mystic Luxury Cinemas in Mystic, and the All South County Luxury Cinemas in South Kingstown, Rhode Island.

Until now, moviegoers in the area needed to visit one of the other nearby theaters, including the Madison Cinemas in Madison and the Regal Cinemas Waterford 9 in Waterford.
